Turns human corpses into very weak zombies. They usually don't bother anybody, and aren't particularly useful.

Tips to improve:

A great way to work those pesky Qor spells. All you need is a death mule and some patience.

First, go to Jasper. Kill your death mule in Jasper, or bring the poor fella to the woods nearby. Get a guard to kill it then cast animate. The resulting zombie should follow you back into jasper, at which point punch it and lure it back to the courtyard in front of the Inn.

Now all you have to do it drag out your death mule, get it killed by the zombie, cast animate or defile, rinse then repeat! It's best to do this early in the morning or people get reeeaally cranky.... Like Q or Psychochild. =) - FattyMoo
