Using this spell to divine the abilities of the innocent will result in the caster becoming an outlaw (orange name).

The skill level yields these approximate results:

Knows of: 1-15%
Adaquate: 16-31%
Mediocre: 32-47%
Good: 48-63%
Practitioner: 64-79%
Great: 80-90%
Master: 90-99%

Useful to find out how powerful a future target player may be when you engage them in combat.

Suggested Spell For Next Level:

Simply cast the spell on Ko'catan, at night, with yourself as the target and you don't have to go orange to work it.
