Well I'm sitting in computer class right now and just thinking about my first days on 108. Alot of things have changed and I find it depressing. Alot of my friends have left and I have lost contact with them. Since leaving 108, I've played on both 107 and 103. 107 is fun but there are some people there that really ruin the game. No, I'm not talking about pkers. Meridian wouldn't be the same without them. But there were on 107 people, maybe still are people that are all talk and no action. I will not accuse any people here. They log on Meridian and do not leave Familiars. They strive upon name-calling and the like. Especially during these times, with the leniance of the system now, it is being abused beyond the prior, proper limit. Also, I know most of you dislike GuardianKana. I myself, at one time disliked him as well, a few of my friends could even state I 'hated' him. These terminations have all been blamed on Kana. Perhaps there was a reason, perhaps not, although I am sure there is always a reason. Last night, I had a problem updating my account information therefore, as many people would do, I gave our pals at 3DO a call. Unlike many of you have already assumed, the problem was fixed. I was talking to Kana and I must admit, he is the kindest and most helpful Meridian staff member over at 3DO. Although you may not like him, you should respect him and not only him. Vimto, Kana, Kimo, Corliss all deserve our respect for staying with Meridian until this point.(My appologies if I missed any staff members.) As for Asylum Productions, mainly Eric and Josh, many of you swear and cuss at them over the message board, I as well am not fully convinced of the Requiem project. Whether it is a hoax or not, we all have the right to assume whatever we like but please do it in a mature manner, this also goes for everyone that behaves in an immature fashion not only over Meridian and the message board but even on the Internet. Treat others how you would like to be treated yourself. I was driven to the point of writing this because I cannot stand the issues going on in the Meridian world now. Gilroy made this site site to help people enjoy Meridian and to help them build. He created the message board to help players server-wide communicate, instead the message board has turned into a 'flaming' board rather than a 'message' board. I'm sure many of you didn't bother reading this entire post but to those that did. Thank you for your time and patience and please continue to enjoy Meridian in a mature and civilized manner.
