Am I the only one who finds himself shaking his head and sighing while reading the message board these days?

A little conflict and disagreements is good and healthy and reading a flame now and then can even be fun but it seems as of now that the message board is nothing but flaming, whining, or other useless stuff. I applaud those who keep a level head when posting and to Gilroy who is trying to control it but unfortunately it doesn't seem as if it's working to well :(

Meridian 59 is supposed to be an adult game, now I know a lot of kids play it, and I was even a minor when I started playing but it seems that a lot of people here are just acting like children. Now I did not mean that to be stereotypical of young adults, nor do I know if it is those of that age are the problem. What I meant is that some of the people here are whether they are 13 years old or 50 years old are acting like they have a mental age of 10. So I'm going to say Grow up people.

In Meridian itself people can be pretty immature sometimes, but it seems recently the board has been worse. Guess since in Meridian people can be OOG'd, suspended, or Terminated if they start acting like this. All Gilroy can do is ban these people, and as it has been pointed out recently is that that isn't hard to get around, personally I have easy access to 3 different computers running 3 different ISPs.

All I can say in this case is to bear with it and leave the immature posters alone and perhaps they will leave. Then the board might regain some of its former glory.
