Hello, soon we will be starting the beta testing for the new client and it's now time to start collecting beta applications. Although the foundation of the client is remaining the same, this newest version in testing includes rebindable keys, mouselook, and an updated direct3D graphics engine. You won't want to miss this!

In order to sign up for testing you must be an existing customer with an active account on servers 101 or 102. If you wish to fill out a beta application please log into your account (or sign up for a new account if you don't have one) at

and follow the link to the testing application. We will be inviting testers from Sacred Haven and German servers shortly, but our current system requires an account with NDS.

When filling out the beta application please keep in mind that we will need a wide range of systems from low end to high end and everywhere in between. This means that having a top of the line system doesn't assure you a beta slot. So please be as accurate as possible when filling out this form.

Also be sure to use a current e-mail address when filling out the beta form. This address will be how all contact is made during testing, including your acceptance into beta. We will not be refrencing your normal account e-mail address for testing purposes, only the one you supply on this form.

Each gameplay account can only submit one application. Once you have submitted an application the link will be removed from your account management page. If you are selected you will be e-mailed the link to download the new client with instructions including the rules for testing. Please read the e-mail fully, as this is the only warning you will get of the new rules. We will be removing testers that show to have not read any required materials, including the acceptance e-mail. Once testing starts we will be adding new users in waves of 50 at a time. Don't worry if you don't get in right away as we'll be adding more users very soon.

Thanks to everyone that's supported NDS and helped make this happen. Many times over the course of Meridian 59's history the team has asked the hard question of "do we suffer the struggles of updating the graphics engine?" and finally now we have. We've come a long way and we think Meridian 59's future is looking great. With your help we'll get the new client well tested and on live servers for everyone to enjoy!
