Moo's Memorium
9/9/2002 5:58:20 PM - FattyMoo

I brought this idea fowards on 101 and got a lot of support. I hope to do it.

As we all know, one year ago on wednesday, the United states was horribly attacked. Along with our country so was our sense of security, trust, and faith.

Apparently the one thing that they tried to shatter but failed was our community. This is where this ties into Meridian. I know a lot of you feel the same way as me so on wednesday I'll be spending the day in all white and be keeping a torch lit.

Around 4:00 eastern time I'll be holding a small gathering, or large depending on you guys, in Marion. My hope is to talk with the people who want to and leave the people who'd rather be alone to themselves.

You may be thinking "Why the hell would you spend such an emotional day on the computer?"

Well, to forget.. or to remember if that's the case. As much as some people don't admit it Meridian's grown into a very tight knit community, a family to some people.

I plan to stay in Marion, talk to people who want to talk, listen to people who need a friendly ear.

Anyone who has any questions or comments, good or bad, feel free to email me.

Thanks. =)
