Hail, Meridianites!

The long-awaited patch will be going into place soon, quite possibly on this Tuesday's server maintenance.
Unfortunately, we Guardians will not be in Monday to find out for sure, so we are alerting you now.

The last time a patch was put into place, it removed the life from the Lich Queen (as opposed to actually killing her), removed the Ao3s from the Necromancers, and they consequentially lost items in the guild chest. They did not suffer deaths, however.

Since we cannot guarantee this will not happen again, we STRONGLY urge all Necros to remove all goodies from their chest. The Ao3s may disappear as well. I don't recall the SOTHs leaving their owners, however it is possible. These items will not be returned if lost, so please take steps to protect your valuables before the patch goes live.

We will be on line Tuesday morning to ensure the patch installation runs smoothly. We expect a lot of activity and many questions about the patch once it is on the servers. Please take a couple of days to play and become familiar with any changes made before assuming that any deviations from the norm are bugs. For instance, the progression and combat engines have been overhauled and spells have undergone major changes. This may produce a noticeable difference in your playing experience. We hope that it does. :)
