To be fair to the people joining the pre-launch a bit behind schedule, we're going to be running pre-launch for another 4 weeks or so. No definite date yet, but we do want to give the international people a bit of reward for their patience. There seems to be a number of people that are waiting to make an account after the official launch, so you probably won't be alone. Assuming we don't sell out of collector's edition CDs, we'll probably keep selling them for $35 and still give the bonus 3rd character slot for purchasing it.
