Visit Rycksher at The Duke's Grand Ballroom at Blackstone Keep. You can get items gift wrapped by him. It costs one ruby.

Just offer him the item (or stack of stackables) that you want wrapped. He will take the ruby from your inventory. And the tag on the gift will say: From (your name) with love.

You can get almost ANYTHING wrapped. The only things you can't are Riija Swords, Heartstones or Chalices.
