First, go to Caramo. The office of the Justicar is located in Barloque, next to the Brhama & Falcon. Read on the book inside and see if it is Election time.

If it is, go to Caramo and buy a royal ballot. Write your name on it and offer it back. Congratulations! You now have a vote!

Get all of your friends to do the same and if you get enough votes you'll recieve a gmail saying that you've been elected Justicar.

Okay, now you're Justicar. What do you do now?

The most popular method of giving out pardons is to post the accused's name on a newsglobe and have people vote. If they get more yes than no votes, pardon them.

Most Justicars won't pardon orange characters, since it's considered a waste of a vote. Recommend to them a PoL.

Commands:

>> As Justicar, I pardon [name]
This will pardon the accused. They must be in the office of the justicar with you.
>> [name]
This will tell you how many people the murderer has killed. How many were innocent, and how many where allowed due to being orange or red.

The term lasts 8 pardons OR 6 days, so you can't just sit on your pardons making sure noone else ever gets one.
