Description:

This scroll will cast a low-spell power version of the spell Dispel Illusion.

It is effective in opening the blocked, secret entrance to the Orc Caves in the Icky Caves.

It's not as effective against high-level, user-casted Riija spells such as Morph, Reflection - however that is also based on the Riija caster's own spell power (their % and Intellect) as well.
