Queen Venya'cyr is also known as the "Lich Queen". She rules over Brax and the Undead Order of the Necromancers.
Do not attempt to fight her alone - if you get locked inside the Sanctum with her, with her blinding you, there will be little chance of your survival without a way to heal yourself...

History:
The Lich, the Necromancers, and a PvP situation revolving around the Sword of the Hunt and Amulet of the Three used to be a gameplay feature of Meridian 59, introduced in 1998 in the "Renaissance" expansion.
If "Hunter" players killed the Lich, all of the "Necromancers" who had Amulets would die - online or not! Their loot would then appear in the Inner Sanctum. The Amulets/Swords vanished from the players inventories and slowly re-spawned around Brax, waiting to be picked up by new owners.
This scenario no longer exists in the current version of the game from 2002-2011...the Lich Queen however, is alive and able to be fought as a boss creature.
She drops loot similar to the Lupogg King (Orc Shield, Knight Shield, Ivy Circlet, various other armor and weapons).
